Mold in a Brea, CA children’s room

A short time ago, our dispatch staff received a referral from one of our many insurance partners.

Knowing the home owner needed help right away, we arrived within the hour to provide a complete inspection, work plan and estimate.  

Often, home owners of water damaged properteis are feeling anxious and helpless when we arrive.  Our Project Manager, Jonathan, knows that what customers need most to feel in control is information.  He took his time answering the customers questions, and by doing it, displaying his own level of competence.

Mold was found on the drywall and framing in a children’s room. Concerned for the children’s health, the homeowner contracted mold remediation experts to completely eliminate  the mold and return their children’s bedroom to a healthy environment.
