Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Taking a Shitty Situation and Making It Better.

When you think of a plastic surgeon's office, you think of a beautiful, and above all clean environment.  But when our Orange, CA-based plastic surgeon client called for our assistance, his formerly beautiful offices were anything but pristine.

Imagine the horror our client's staff encountered when they started their day the morning after a major sewage backup that had occurred the night before.  Just look at the 'before' images and you'll know exactly what I mean!

'We need this cleaned up immediately; there's no way we can have patients into our offices as long as things are this way!' the doctor told our in-take manager.

Within thirty minutes, Cesar was on the premises to provide a professional inspection and quote.  Later, we were told that it was Cesar's professional demeanor and expertise that got us the work on the spot.

There was standing water that needed to be drained; we used our pump and a dessicator.  Walls had wicked up the disgusting category three water and had to be demolished from the floor and up four feet.  We brought in air movers to aid in the drying out process.  Antibacterial chemicals were used to sterilize everything.  Carpeting that had been ruined by the sewage had to be taken out, including the padding and disposed of.

The demo'd drywall, ruined carpeting and padding were all bagged taken to landfill by our crew.

While we were working, furniture and other valuables were carefully covered in plastic sheeting to ensure their safety.

The entire project took two days to complete.

It was a very successful project made even more enjoyable because the customer was so pleased by the way we rose to the occasion and provided a fair quote, excellent customer service and a finished project that was very satisfying.
